The Five Pivotal Paradigms

1. Believers are called to disciple nations, not just individuals. (Matthew 28:18-20)
2. The marketplace, which is the heart of the nation, has been redeemed but now it must be reclaimed. (Luke 19:10)
3. Every Christian is a minister, and labor is worship. (I Tim. 2:1-8; Acts 20:34-35)
4. Christians are called to take the kingdom of God to where the kingdom of darkness is still entrenched for people to turn from darkness to light for Jesus to build His Church. (Matt. 16:18; Acts 26:17-18)
5. Nation transformation must be tangible, with the premier social indicator being the elimination of systemic poverty. (Gal. 2:10)

Core Methodology :

ITN members adopt “prayer evangelism” as the foundational lifestyle for operating in the five paradigms for transformation. See the Luke 10 Transformation teaching, (L10T)

The Principles of Prayer Evangelism model from Luke 10:1-17

1. Bless: Speak peace to people and systems in your sphere of influence. (v.5)
2. Fellowship: Intentionally connect with those outside the Kingdom of God. (v.7)
3. Minister: Address their felt needs in the name and on behalf of Jesus. (v. 9a)
4. Proclaim: Let them know that the Kingdom of God has come near to them. (v.9b)

Core Strategy :

The ITN members are actively developing and mentoring prototypical transformation congregations, companies and professions to influence nations.

Core Definitions of Transformational Entities

1. A Transformation Company, Profession or Individual embraces and models the Five Pivotal Paradigms and:
• Is ethical, operating in the highest integrity to produce and deliver superior products and services.
• Invests in the betterment of its workforce and their families.
• Actively pursues the transformation of its sphere of influence and expertise in the marketplace.
• Invests generously and sacrificially in the broader community.
• Purposefully connects with other companies, professions and individuals to impact the world.


2. A Transformation Church is one whose leaders embrace and model the Five Pivotal Paradigms and which:
   
   • Equips, commissions and releases its members to reach the marketplace and pastor the city/region 24/7.
   • Diligently pursues the organic unity of the larger Body of Christ to energize the mission of the Church.
   • Commits a growing percentage of its resources to kingdom expansion by sacrificially investing beyond the local congregation to achieve the objective of transformation.
   • Expects the Kingdom of God to be tangibly manifested in cities and nations.

Vehicles for future growth and influence :

ITN members regularly connects through a calendar of summits and catalytic events to envision, equip, align and strengthen strategic relationships to developing prototypes.

ITN Summits and Events:

• The ITN Summit is the annual gathering of network members and guests, which coincides with Harvest Evangelism’s International Conference on Nation Transformation in Argentina. It is designed to impart insights, facilitate networking among members, determine and confirm strategic direction for the coming year, and strengthen the developing Alpha prototype in Argentina.
• Regional Summits are convened to initiate and strengthen the network in regions and nations around the world. Generally, four Regional Summits are scheduled during the calendar year.  
• Training Trips and Catalytic Events: ITN members actively promote and participate in training trips and seminars as "accelerators" for the transformation process they are leading

The International Transformation Institute (ITI):

The ITI is being developed to become the premier forum for retooling companies, professions and congregations to become transformational.

Through thorough research, focused dialogue, and sound implementation that creates viable prototypes, the ITI aspires to be a leading institution for biblically-based social entrepreneurship. It will operate as a think tank with hands and feet: hands to produce prototypes and feet to take them all over the world.
